Yes, a valid boating license is required to operate the boat without a guide. If you do not have one, we can discuss alternative options. 

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old with valid identification. 

Our boats comfortably accommodate a certain amount of guests, please view our boats to see capacity. We are required to stay within this limit.

Yes, children are welcome. We provide life jackets for all ages.

 Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We recommend keeping it simple and easy to manage on board.

We love our four legged friends but unfortunately they are not permitted on the boats.

We offer a mix of self operated rentals and guided rentals. If you require a guide, please contact us to discuss availability.

 All boats are equipped with required safety gear, including life jackets and emergency equipment.

 We operate on Kalamalka Lake. Pickup and Launch will be in Oyama or Kekuli Bay depending on which boat is booked.

Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled booking time for a quick orientation.

Reservations are completed online through our secure booking system. Select your preferred date, time, and vessel to confirm instantly. 

We recommend booking over a week in advance during peak season. Availability is limited on high-demand dates. 

Same-day bookings may be available depending on availability. Please contact us directly for last-minute inquiries.

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable unless impacted by unsafe weather conditions. 

Rates vary based on vessel, duration, and demand. Live pricing is displayed during the booking process. 

 A standard fuel allowance is included. Excess usage, if applicable, is billed after your rental.

Full payment is required to secure your reservation. 

A refundable security deposit may be held and released following post-rental inspection. 

 All major credit cards are accepted through our secure checkout. 

 All applicable fees are transparently shown during booking. 

 Yes. A full orientation is provided to ensure you are comfortable and confident before heading out.

Absolutely. Our rentals are ideal for birthdays, celebrations, and relaxed group experiences. 

Responsible consumption is permitted on boats. The operator must remain sober at all times. 

Yes, our boats are equipped with sound systems for your enjoyment. 

 Yes, nearby parking details will be included with your booking confirmation. 

Your booking time cannot be extended. We recommend arriving early to enjoy your full experience. 

No-shows are non-refundable. 

Changes may be accommodated depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible. 

Yes, all guests may be required to sign a waiver prior to departure. 

All rentals include standard coverage. Renters are responsible for any damages beyond normal use. 

Yes, swimming is permitted in safe, designated areas. 

Guests are expected to respect local regulations and surrounding lake users at all times.
